What we offer

Life Changing Programs

The Positive Psychology Institute was founded to help establish coaching as an integral and credible component of human development.

Our core aim is to help define best practices for ethical, evidence-based coaching and to contribute thoughtfully to how its impact is evaluated and understood.

During our initial phase, the Institute focused on developing a curriculum based on premium licensed content from world class providers, and then convening a pilot cohort to systematically observe participant outcomes.

Early findings were encouraging, particularly among participants who were initially skeptical of structured coaching and later demonstrated notable gains in resilience, clarity, and adaptive capacity. These early insights now inform the next stage of our work

What we aspire to

Global Flourishing

The Positive Psychology Institute envisions a future in which coaching is recognized as a rigorous, ethical, and evidence-informed discipline, fully integrated into the broader landscape of human development, leadership, and applied psychology.

We aim to serve as a bridge between research and practice, translating the science of flourishing, resilience, and behavior change into coaching methodologies that are both theoretically grounded and practically effective.

Our work is guided by a commitment to intellectual integrity, methodological transparency, and real-world applicability.

As we move into the next stage of the Institute’s evolution, PPI is focused on advancing standards of excellence in coaching education; refining how coaching outcomes are measured, evaluated, and communicated; and cultivating practitioners who can operate with confidence at the intersection of science, ethics, and human complexity.

Through carefully designed programs, applied research initiatives, and a growing community of trained professionals, we seek to contribute to a more mature and credible coaching field; one that earns its place alongside established disciplines by demonstrating measurable impact while honoring the depth and dignity of the human experience.
