Coach the Whole Person: Skills, Science, and Depth

One method, taught in three parts. Watch the overview, then choose the path that fits where you are.

Which Path Fits You?

New, with a bachelor’s

A Bachelor’s Degree Is All You Need to Start

The only degree the BCC requires is a bachelor’s, and that bar is set by the credentialing body, not by us. The full Whole Person Coaching Certification gives you 140 hours of training, well past the 120 the BCC asks of bachelor’s-degree holders, in a single pathway.

New, with a related master’s

Foundations Alone May Qualify You

Already hold a master’s in a related field, including an MBA? The BCC asks for fewer training hours, so completing Foundations of Coaching on its own may be enough to qualify you. Add Positive Psychology and Depth as you grow.

Already certified

You Need Continuing Education

Take any single part for CCE. Positive Psychology and Depth Psychology each stand alone as 40 hours, and Foundations adds 60. Enroll in one, learn it, and bank the hours toward your credential.

Eligibility depends on your degree and the current rules. Review the official BCC requirements before you enroll.

Meet the AI Daimon

The AI Daimon is your coaching mentor on call, the founder’s “second brain.” Its name comes from the ancient Greek daimon, the inner guiding voice Socrates trusted, joining ancient wisdom and psychological depth to the best of today’s technology. It is trained on every evidence-based framework recognized across the academic and ICF coaching community, and it draws on more than 5 million words spanning 15 years of the founder’s research and practice. Ask it a foundational question, how to think about shadow work, or how to prepare for the BCC exam, and it guides and teaches you as you learn, day or night.
