Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unbound Education, Inc. provides educational programs, coaching experiences, live training, and digital products. Because our content is delivered digitally and often includes immediate access to proprietary materials, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Digital Courses, Assessments & Downloadable Products. All digital purchases are non-refundable due to immediate access to protected content.
2. Live Programs, Cohorts & Coaching. Refund policies vary by program and are disclosed at the point of purchase. Unless explicitly stated otherwise deposits are non-refundable, tuition paid for cohort-based programs is refundable up to 7 days after purchase if the program has not yet begun, and after a program begins, refunds are generally not available.
3. Subscription Memberships. Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued. Annual memberships may be eligible for prorated refunds only if stated in the program-level policy.
4. Events & Workshops. Tickets for virtual or in-person events are transferable but non-refundable unless Unbound Education, Inc. cancels the event.
5. Program Withdrawal. Requests must be submitted in writing to info (@) positivepsychology.institute.
