4.1: Reflection

Sit with these on paper first. Ten minutes is plenty. Then write a reflection of 400–700 words, in prose, drawing on all three:

  • The mask you wear most days: name what it earns you, and one place where it has quietly become the only option.
  • Where you lean, Senex or Puer, order or flight. Notice where the missing pole shows up as a longing, or as a complaint about someone else.
  • Which half of life is actually asking something of you right now, whatever your age says?

Write what would change if you read the hunger as a call rather than a failure. De-identify any client or third-party material.
